Project Description
The Division 20 Portal Widening & Turnback Facility Project will serve to accommodate the increase service levels on both Metro Red and Metro Purple commuter rail lines. It will do so by widening a rail tunnel south of the US-101 (Hollywood) Freeway, building a turnback facility and readjusting rail storage tracks.
